MANAGEMENT RECRUITMENT CONTACT US		hlp are a dynamic Architectural Services and Project Management Company who offer a unique range of disciplines to a wide and varied client base that includes, to name just a few, such well known High Street names as Poundland, Phones 4U, Thorntons and Sports Direct. Since it's formation in 2000, hlp have also expanded their portfolio into the public sector, the most recent project being the completion of a new Nursery, Training Centre & Administration Building for the Bedfordshire Schools Trust in association with BEST. With the success of this project hlp are now extending their involvement into seven new schemes in the Bedfordshire area. hlp have been providing management support to Poundland by actively contributing to the opening of 65 of their 70 new store program within the last year. hlp services included condition surveys, measured surveys, production of feasibility studies and working drawings, managing the tender process and providing project management of on-site contractors. All stores were delivered on time and within tight budget constraints. September 2010 saw the successful completion of a roll-out program for the refreshing of 443 Phones 4U stores nationwide. The program which involved the co-ordination and management of eight shop fitters, two signage companies, equipment suppliers and I.T. providers, was delivered to the client within the set timescale and budget. The association with Phones 4U has now extended to provide contract management for the introduction of Phones 4U store-in-stores into Curry's and PC World. Other clients such as Berry BMW at Heathrow and Wine Rack in Leeds and Weybridge have also benefitted from the expertise and professionalism that hlp have provided as have other individual and local Midland companies including Eclipse Martial Arts in Walsall and Wiltshire Farm Foods. As to our history, the original practice formed by David Hanson (now retired) and Paul Leddington in 2000 was enchanced by the arrival of third co-director Martin Foxall in 2007 when the business moved from Walsall to Cannock. An expanding client base, a threefold increase in turnover and the need to accomodate technical and administrative staff has since led to a move to new office premises in Hednesford within the modern office complex provided at Centrix House in Keys Business Village. hlp are looking to further expand and enhance their unique business in both the private and public sectors and their new base now provides the space, facilities and flexibility to accommodate this. Furthermore, being centrally placed within the UK, hlp are ideally situated to service not only the locale but also clients nationwide.
