Our building consultancy service is ensuring properties remain compliant for a national healthcare provider.

The client provides care services for high risk and vulnerable adults in assisted living facilities. As part of their fire risk assessment they needed comprehensive information about the fire compartmentation in their properties, which include several Victorian listed buildings. Specifically they needed to understand the level of passive fire protection in place.
